Lambert Construction & Civil Engineering was established in 2015 by Simon J Lambert, a Degree qualified Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years of varied Commercial and Construction Management experience. The company ethos has always been to provide a service that is professional, high quality, affordable and friendly, securing long-term positive relationships and retaining many repeat clients. As such, in recent years, the business has enjoyed significant growth and in 2022 we relocated to our own, larger premises in Barnsley. We now operate with over 70 operatives and staff.

Working predominantly throughout Yorkshire, Lincolnshire, Derbyshire and Nottingham, we are most competitive in the £10,000 to £5,000,000 price range and can provide services in all aspects of Groundworks, Civil Engineering and General Construction based on a labour, plant and materials basis. Our clients range from private and social housebuilders through to retail developers, industrial organisations and educational institutions.
Our highly qualified and experienced management team and site operatives are committed to working with our clients throughout every stage of a project to ensure that it is completed on time, to a high standard, on programme and in budget.
At Lambert Construction & Civil Engineering we take safety on site very seriously. All of our operatives are fully CSCS and CPCS certified and our site supervisors are SSSTS and First Aid certified. All operatives are provided with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and safety equipment to complete all jobs in the safest possible manner. We are also CHAS (Contractors Health & Safety Assessment Scheme) accredited.
